No. It records what you told us, not what we checked. Legal ownership is a separate question that no tool can answer, and confirming authorization creates no right you did not already have. Capturing material you are not entitled to move breaches the acceptable use policy.

Your captures are kept in your private account storage so you can come back to edit, export, or delete them. Nothing is published anywhere until you export or publish it yourself, and you can delete a project, or your whole account, from the app.

Inside LayerPort the preview is private to your account. To show a client, export the ZIP and upload it to a preview on a host you control; a Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages preview works. LayerPort does not hand out public preview links.

The exported files work with custom domains on static hosts, but DNS and domain connection are currently completed in the hosting provider rather than through LayerPort.

Published forms can send to your own LayerPort endpoint. Submissions arrive in an inbox where you can mark read or spam, delete, and export CSV. Rate limits and a honeypot reduce abuse; Web3Forms remains an alternate mode.

Paddle runs checkout as our merchant of record, so the charge, the receipt, and any sales tax or VAT for your country are handled by Paddle. Prices are set in US dollars and Paddle may show your local currency before you pay. Site Pass is charged once; subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel them from your account. If you have not used a paid plan yet, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days.

Yes, on the same subscription, from the pricing page or your account. An upgrade applies immediately and Paddle charges only the prorated difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal: nothing is charged today and you keep the higher plan until then.

No. Plan limits control which new jobs the server will start; they do not turn your existing project files into a locked format.
