What has to be true before a folder is really the site in HTML

Every route resolves from the folder with the network disconnected
No request leaves for the platform's CDN — check the network panel, not the page
Fonts render from assets/fonts, not from a @font-face pointing at the origin
Every srcset variant is present, so a retina screen is not served a 404
The markup is still readable: real tags, real classes, nothing regenerated by a model
